one-time flat rate per client after placement is made
How it works:
1. Introduce me to a hiring manager at a company looking for AE talent
2. I handle the full recruiting process and make a placement
3. You receive $2,500 after the guarantee period — paid once per referred client
Important Details
Payouts issued after candidate completes a 60–90 day guarantee period
Referrals credited on a first-submitted basis
Referred candidate must not already be in process through PClub Talent
Tier level based on cumulative placements, not active referrals
No cap on earnings
Referred company must not already be in contact with PClub Talent
Client must sign a fee agreement with PClub Talent for referral to qualify
Bonus paid once per referred client regardless of future placements
Payout issued after the placed candidate completes their guarantee period
